These are some very helpful books that will teach you the proper stretches to help relieve RSI / carpel tunnel syndrome. As you loosen up the scare tissue, your wrist WILL start healing. I personally like the first book listed here, I do the same stretches everyday from it, and my hands & wrists are feeling 100% better.
